I took the Clifton StrengthsFinder test to see what my strongest 5 skills were in relation to working and leading people. This makes sense to me as many of my choices for work and for leadership positions have gravitated to several of these top five strengths.
I see where these strengths help qualify me to be a leader in areas of scholarly research, or in areas where complex decisions are being made.

My Personality type is ENTP. It is really hard to tell whether I am more E or I in the first block. Most times I have taken the Meyers-Briggs test, I've scored just slightly higher on the E side than on the I side, but a few times it has gone the other way. Both the ENTP and INTP profiles fit me depending on either my social setting, or on what kind of work I am performing.
